Role

Do you have a history of playing sports and understand the concept of competing with yourself as much as the opposing team? Reis Information Systems is looking to build an outbound sales team and is on the hunt to fill positions. The sales all-star we are looking for someone who is experienced but has a BIG appetite for learning. Someone who emphasizes practice sticks to process and is dedicated to getting better every game. An all-star who is a team player and embraces being part of a team. This role will be under the guidance of a senior sales professional who will mentor, coach and hold the chosen candidate accountable. It’s meant for someone who understands the potential in the opportunity and is ambitious enough to run with it.

If you’re up to the challenge this is what our ideal candidate brings to the table:

On The Sales Side

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
• Previous experience cold calling and prospecting
• Previous software sales experience
• Previous experience crushing a sales quota (show us what you’ve closed)
• A compete with yourself attitude
• You’re naturally curious
• You’re bold but not reckless
• You’ve run a business. Full time or side hustle
• You have a bias toward action / you love to dive in and get stuff done
• Territories available: Ottawa, Toronto, Oakville to St. Catharines

On The Technical Side

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (HP, Cisco, VMware, etc.)
• Industry experience: IT services or Networking Experience
• An outstanding grasp of the English language, written and spoken
• Good Microsoft Office acumen

Other

• You must be a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident

Salary
The role will be compensated on a base + commission structure with a generous payout for someone who is hungry and ready to perform. Details to be negotiated during the final phase of the interview process.
